A cunning yet morally corrupt con artist obsessed with pursuing a life of stardom disguises herself as a dementia patient's granddaughter to scam money.
The shooting approach in particular the camera movement for Even a Worm Will Turn was very varied. Some sequences consisted of strictly locked off almost observational wides and others, in particular the daydream sequences took on a very theatrical movement with grand sweeping dolly and crane movements along with whip pans between scenes. The Lighting of the primary rest home environment and the daydream scenes were a big focus in pre production especially with director Ash Kelliher.
